How to login to the new Outlook Web Access from offsite
Open https://webmail.optometry.ohio-state.edu/owa
At the prompt enter "optometry\*username*" without the quotation marks or asterisks. Substitute "username" for your username, such as jsmith.
- It is important to include the domain optometry\ in the username field. This is an extra security precaution and helps to identify you to the network.
Enter your College of Optometry password in the ‘password’ field.
Click OK and you should be redirected to your inbox.
Example for a user named John Smith:
