The Ohio State Optometry Autumn 2012 application is available on OptomCAS until March 31, 2012. After applicants file their OptomCAS application, they will be invited via email to file The Ohio State Optometry Supplemental Application. To access the OptomCAS site, please use the following link:
In addition to submitting their online application, applicants must arrange to have the following materials sent directly to OptomCAS (address is provided in the application materials):
- Official transcripts sent from each post-secondary school they have attended
- Letters of recommendation. One must be from an optometrist, one must be from a professor, and the third letter is from someone of your choice
Applicants must arrange to have their official OAT scores and physiology course syllabi sent to the following address:
