MISSION:

The mission of this Primary Eye Care Residency is to develop broad based diagnostic care and therapeutic management skills as optometric practitioners in a multi-disciplinary environment. Individuals who complete the program are expected to be able to deliver a high level of clinical care and to serve as optometric educators.

GOALS:

    2. Train the resident to function effectively within a multi-disciplinary health care environment.
    3. Provide the resident with experience in therapeutics and the management of complex ocular disease.
    4. Provide the resident with the opportunity and experience to become an effective educator.
